​How Do I Place An Order?​

Returning Customers: Log into your account using the same email address and password you used to create the account.

New Customers: New customers will need to create an account.

Payment & Shipping

Orders are shipped in the order they are received within 24 to 48 hours (except during Holidays). Expedited shipment orders, such as Priority and Express Shipping, are elevated in priority to meet delivery time deadlines. 

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-6 business days from the time the order is placed.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. Your credit card will be charged once the order is placed. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

You must enter your name, address and ZIP code exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. CounterFit Clothing Company does not accept checks, cash or credit vouchers. When you enter the necessary information and click “Submit Order” on the Checkout page, your method of payment will be charged and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been received. The order confirmation email will detail the charges of your order.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted 15 days after confirmation of delivery. If you are not sure about the product you are ordering, please contact us for additional info. In the event an item is damaged or any unlisted issues are discovered within two weeks of delivery date, an immediate replacement/refund item will be issued at no additional cost.
